Their menu, influenced by local harvests and people, will charm you with its unique creations, which they call good luck foods. They offer dishes that are 100% local, made from what they find at their neighbours' shops, and incorporate circular economy principles to reduce food waste by using breadcrumbs from loaves of bread, for example.

Their specialities? Poutines with fresh cheeses of the day and vegan pogos!
