Serge Bourcier's story with the Atwater Market began nearly 50 years ago with his father, who was a market gardener. The berries he sold at the time were a source of culinary inspiration. He began making all sorts of sweet treats (marinades, jams, pastries, pâtés, etc.). Over the last 15 years, Serge has become a gourmet craftsman: you'll find marinades, jams, tarts and pâtés at the Coin Gourmand all year round!
