Les Filles Fattoush

Les Filles Fattoush is a social economy catering project that offers Syrian refugee women their first work experience by drawing on their culinary talent and their desire to share their culture and history with you. Every day, they prepare heartfelt dishes based on a long culinary tradition, with an emphasis on spices and aromatic herbs. Come and discover a variety of fresh, authentic and tasty ready-to-eat foods, as well as a range of fine spices imported from Syria and proudly blended here in Montréal.

In summer 2025, Les Filles Fattoush will open their first permanent boutique. It will offer hot mezzés and Middle Eastern products.
