Première Moisson is an artisan bakery that has been open in the Atwater Market since 1994. It's famous for its authentic, original, high-quality creations (pastries, ready-to-eat meals, etc.) and especially for its breads, made with natural, unbleached and untreated wheat flour, produced entirely in Quebec. A spirit of love and sharing reigns here, and is passed on to our customers.
