The restaurant pays homage to the southern Italian roots of its five founders, Roxanna Covone, Adamo Urgolo, Vincent Romito, Elisa Covone and Mauro Covone. It was their passion for the culinary arts that led them to open this counter inspired by Italian street food, where local, quality ingredients are given pride of place.
