3 Pierres 1 Feu, chef Paul Toussaint's new restaurant, offers Caribbean cuisine fusing Montreal and Texan barbecue.

At 3 Pierres 1 Feu, renowned chef Paul Toussaint joins forces with Texas chef Damien M. Brockway to create a sanctuary of fire and smoke, where flavors dance on the embers. Together, they combine their Haitian, Afro-Caribbean and Texan heritages with local Quebec produce. Their cuisine celebrates ancestral traditions, techniques and recipes handed down through the generations, shaping an art of barbecuing where every bite tells a story.

Nestled in the heart of the Jean-Talon Market, near the Henri-Julien Street entrance, 3 Pierres 1 Feu promises a table where authenticity and ancestral know-how meet. Visitors will be treated to meats and sausages smoked to perfection and prepared with care.
