At 3 Pierres 1 Feu, renowned chef Paul Toussaint joins forces with Texas chef Damien M. Brockway to create a sanctuary of fire and smoke, where flavors dance on the embers. Together, they combine their Haitian, Afro-Caribbean and Texan heritages with local Quebec produce. Their cuisine celebrates ancestral traditions, techniques and recipes handed down through the generations, shaping an art of barbecuing where every bite tells a story.
