Aylwin Deli

Aylwin Déli will be the Atwater Market's next permanent address. Look for them in summer 2025.

Building on its eight years at the Pôle des saveurs, Aylwin Barbecue is opening the first permanent branch of its new concept: Aylwin Deli. A counter-service restaurant where meals will be available to eat in or take away. Aylwin Deli will be the only place in the neighborhood to get Montreal's iconic homemade smoked meat.  

A ready-to-eat component will also be offered, with fresh products cooked and smoked on site, using ingredients from their own farm and those of local farmers, as well as Aylwin Barbecue specialties. This year-round concept has long been requested by their loyal customers.
