Apple, Cherry and Maple Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
- 400 mL (1 ½ cup) rolled oats
- 375 mL (1 ½ cup) apple juice
- 2 apples
- 500 mL (2 cups) Balkan-style vanilla-flavoured yogurt, or sweetened to taste
- 300 mL (1 1/4 cup) pitted cherries
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) pumpkin seeds
- 80 mL (1/4 cup) maple syrup
Preparation
- Pour the apple juice over the rolled oats and set aside for one hour.
- Grate the apples and fold them into the rolled oats and apple juice.
- Top with yogurt, cherries and pumpkin seeds and drizzle with maple syrup.
